VIDEO: When the police officer found him behind the wheel with the engine running and the lights flashing, Johnathan Scott Rodriguez allegedly claimed the fire truck was his. And not only the truck, but the fire department where it was parked, too. The officer might have believed Rodriguez's tall tale, but for one little slip up. "The defendant was obviously intoxicated," according to a Tazewell Police Department news release. Police spotted Rodriguez while investigating a report of a suspicious person attempting to break into vehicles near the Tazewell/New Tazewell Fire Department's station house early Sunday.
