Maury County firefighters put out a truck fire using foam on Monday night. A semi-truck hauling concrete mixing supplies and two pallets of heavy duty rolled plastic was on I-65 South near the 39 mile marker when it caught fire. The Maury County Fire Department responded and spent several hours fighting the fire. The Office of Emergency Management also helped monitor the diesel and hydraulic fluid on the truck. The fire was extinguished and crews removed all materials from the truck.
