A Warren County man remains in jail accused of setting fire to a family member’s home in July. Carl Wayne Robinson appeared in Warren County General District Court on Tuesday where he stands charged with arson of an occupied dwelling. A warrant for his arrest on the charge identifies Robinson and Carolyn Funk as the property’s owners. Warren County online property records list Funk as the owner. Judge W.
