This year's design pays tribute to the 10th anniversary of the campaign.
Leaders say it's been a successful campaign because of their commitment to fighting the disease. "We either have firefighters that have cancer, or we have firefighter's family members who have cancer, we have community members who have cancer, so it's just so important for us to get the word out and be able to raise some money to support some cancer initiatives here in the city of Lynchburg," said fire chief Greg Wormser.
