The Leesburg Fire Marshal's office reports a fire which destroyed three cars Tuesday morning was intentionally set. Luis Antonio Navarrete Quijano, 27, has been arrested and charged with one felony count of arson. At approximately 2:50 Tuesday morning, Loudoun County fire crews were dispatched to a car fire at the Manor East apartment complex in Leesburg. Responding firefighters found a black Nissan Sentra fully engulfed in flames. Before crews could extinguish the fire out it spread to a pair of nearby vehicles causing about $30,00 in damage. "There's no cameras around here or anything like that so they don't really have any proof of catching anybody...I mean my car has been keyed before here and people have had stuff stolen off of there cars and out of their cars," said Allison Greene, resident at The Manor East.
