Fire crews battled a 50-acre brush fire Sunday in Campbell County.
Around 3:30, the Huddleston Volunteer Fire Dept. was called to Johnson Mountain Road to assist on a large brush fire, along with multiple departments from across the county.
Brush trucks, tankers, dozers and drones were used to fight the fire. The scene was cleared by 7:15. The Dept. of Forestry and Campbell County remained on the scene to watch for hot spots.
