Lake Wenatchee Fire and Rescue is hosting the 20th annual Pancake Breakfast this Saturday from 8-11 at the Lake Wenatchee Rec Club. Tickets for the breakfast are $5.
“It’s an opportunity to get community members together to socialize before the holidays,” said Chief Mick Lamar. “It’s a fundraiser for our auxiliary and in turn, they donate money to the Firefighters Association where they buy rescue equipment, training equipment, personal protective equipment.”
Not only can folks purchase a ticket to the breakfast, but raffle tickets are being sold. There are currently 48 gift baskets that are up for grabs from local vendors such as Icicle Brewing, Good Mood Food and many others. Winners don’t have to be present and can buy raffle tickets in advance at Plain Grocery.
