According to Okanogan Fire District 6, first responders were called to Highway 153 at 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon due to a head-on crash that involved an SUV and a motorhome. First responders said there were seven patients, with three transported to the hospital for injuries. A propane tank in the motorhome leaked due to the collision, according to medics. Medics confirmed there were no fatalities in the crash. The cause of the crash was not disclosed.
