A man was rescued from a mobile home on fire after a neighbor called to report seeing flames at Serene Terrace Mobile Home Park in unincorporated Lynnwood early Tuesday morning. The call came in just after midnight in the 14300 block of Admiralty Way. A Snohomish County sheriff's deputy woke up the man so he could get out of the mobile home. That man suffered smoke inhalation and was taken to the hospital. During the fire response, a Snohomish County firefighter suffered a minor injury and was taken to the hospital too. The mobile home was damaged enough to displace the man who was rescued. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
