VIDEO: On Monday, the owner of a popular food truck in Bellingham plans to return to his normal hours approximately 3 weeks after an arsonist destroyed his trailer. Someone set the Tacos El Tule truck on fire in the early morning hours of August 16 as it sat parked in owner Joey Robles's driveway, he said. He's now working out of a temporary replacement that's about 6 feet smaller in size. Over the course of 9 days, Robles and a buddy transformed it from a box on wheels into a lifeline for his business. "There was not a moment of time to do anything but continue to figure out what to do to get back on the road," Robles told KOMO News on Sunday night.
