PHOTOS: Emergency crews are responding to the scene of a construction accident in Seattle's Mount Baker area, officials said. Firefighters and medics were dispatched to the 3800 block of 39th Avenue South after receiving reports that a worker became trapped underneath concrete steps. The emergency crews are now attempting a trench rescue at the scene. The condition of the trapped worker was not immediately known.
