A state fire training academy near North Bend is no longer on the list of potential coronavirus quarantine sites.
With the academy off the table, that leaves just the state-owned property behind the Public Health laboratory in Shoreline on the list.
Officials say it would only be used to house healthy people who traveled to the epicenter of the outbreak in China, and can't be quarantined at home.
The people who would stay in the quarantine area would not be sick. If anyone in quarantine became ill with symptoms consistent with novel coronavirus, they would be evaluated and removed from the site, officials said.
