PHOTOS: Firefighters were battling a 2-alarm fire at a what used to be a funeral home in White Center Wednesday morning. The fire broke out just after 4:30 a.m. at the home in the 10700 block of 16th Ave SW, according to Puget Sound Fire firefighters. Crews from Tukwila, Skyway have joined Puget Sound Fire in fighting the fire, officials said. Officials told KOMO News the funeral home moved out of the building a couple months ago and it had been vacant since. There is no word what started the fire or if anyone was injured.
