A 13-month-old boy found Monday night floating in Dyes Inlet was revived by medics who happened to be nearby after being called to a neighbor's house. “It was a miracle,” said Ron Templeton, whose grandson Teddy has been checked by doctors and is doing fine. Kitsap County sheriff's deputies and medics from Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue had been called at about 8:30 p.m. to a house next to Templeton’s waterfront home on Dyes Inlet Road for an unrelated emergency. Peggy Templeton, Ron’s wife, had gone to help the neighbors while Teddy was sleeping. Ron stayed behind to keep an eye on Teddy but left briefly to check on the neighbors, during which time Teddy apparently got up, walked through an open door and wandered toward the water.
