Two people are dead after a car went off the road and caught fire late Wednesday night. According to the Yakima County Sherriff's Office, authorities were called out at about 11:45 p.m. the 9000 block of Roza Hill Drive, east of the Terrace Heights landfill, for a single car rollover. Officials say the car had caught fire and started a small brush fire. The fire department quickly extinguished the brush fire, and the car, which was on fire. Officials say their initial investigation suggests the car was headed east when the driver lost control, for an unknown reason. The car slid sideways, struck a dirt berm, causing the car to roll and come to a stop on its top. It then caught fire, according to YCSO. The Yakima County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that 39-year-old Griselda Madrigal and 41-year-old Ignacio Hernandez were killed in the fiery crash that happened east of Terrace Heights. Both are from the Moxee area.
