Kent convenience store destroyed after someone shoots fireworks off in parking lot

PHOTOS: Someone illegally shooting off fireworks early Tuesday morning has destroyed a Kent convenience store. Firefighters were called out to the 23800 block of 104th Avenue SE around 1:30 a.m. for the fire. Both Kent police and fire departments were there for the two-alarm fire. Puget Sound Fire said crews worked to extinguish the fire for a while and soon found out fireworks were the cause. According to its Twitter, someone was shooting the fireworks off in the parking lot when they started a fire outside the KK Market, which is now gone. The investigation is ongoing, no word on a suspect police may be looking for.
