VIDEO: Authorities believe that one gunman killed three people and wounded another during a lengthy crime spree of shootings and arsons that spanned much of Benton County on Wednesday morning.
The series of events began in Finley when authorities were called about several fires and a shooting just before 4 AM. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound and two homes on fire in the area of East Finley Road near Two Rivers Park. After firefighters put out the fires, investigators found the body of a victim inside one of the homes.
Action News has confirmed from relatives that Emil Robert 'Bob' Zlatich Junior, was killed in the shooting and arson at a home in Finley. His oldest son, Emil Robert Zlatich, was also shot and is a hospital in Spokane.
