VIDEO: Seattle Fire Department crews responded to a boat fire at a marina near Seward Park on Sunday night, the fire department tweeted. According to SFD, the fire broke out at a marina in the 9000 block of Seward Park Avenue South. Three boats were involved in the fire. A structure that’s used to house the boats was also damaged. At least two people were forced to shelter in place on the dock while firefighters got the flames under control. SFD first tweeted about the fire at 9:52 p.m. The fire was under control around 11 p.m. About 100 firefighters worked to put out the flames. No injuries were reported. The fire department is investigating the cause.
