Firefighters responded to an apartment fire Saturday morning in Wausau. The fire was reported at 6:53 a.m. Saturday at the Landmark Building, 221 Scott St., said Wausau Fire Department Battalion Chief Allan Antolik. Damage was contained to a mattress on the third floor of the building and no one was injured, he said. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
