A man suspected of vandalizing a home in the 900 block of Kentucky Avenue several times over the last three weeks — including trying to set the home on fire — has been arrested by Sheboygan police. Over the past three weeks, the police department has taken five separate reports of damage and vandalism to a home and vehicle at the address. Officers have kept in contact with neighbors in the area and tried to apprehend the suspect. Just before noon on Oct. 5, a citizen called police to report a suspicious man sitting in a vehicle at the location. Officers in the area were able to locate and stop the man in his vehicle as he tried to leave.
