Crews are investigating a house fire in Mosinee. The fire happened at a home along 10th Street and Davis Street Wednesday. Firefighters arrived at scene around 5 p.m. Crews have contained the flames, but are continuing to check for hots spots. Mosinee Interim Fire Chief Stephen Haas said most of the damage was done to the garage area. "Our crews did a really good job knocking it down and stopping it from spreading to the rest of the house," Haas said. There were no injuries, and two dogs that were in the home at the time of the fire were able to get out safely. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
