Several promotions within the Kenosha Police and Kenosha Fire departments were approved by the city’s Police and Fire Commission Tuesday. Kenosha Police promotions included Patrick Patton from sergeant to interim lieutenant and Tadas Zukauskas and Michael Madsen from patrol officers to interim sergeants. “Each one of them who put in for promotion is highly qualified and confident in their abilities,” Police Chief Dan Miskinis said. “They’re going to do well over the next 15 to 20 years.” Kenosha Fire promotions included firefighters Ricardo LeBron and David Kovach to probationary apparatus operators.
