Firefighters were called out to the area near Farwell and Curtis on Milwaukee’s east side for a two-alarm fire Tuesday night, May 7. Thankfully, there were no injuries. MFD officials said first responders found fire on all floors of the home. In fact, firefighters had to leave because the flames were so intense. Crews were then using chainsaws to open up the roof in an effort to tame any hot spots. The house was being renovated when the fire broke out.
