Green Bay Firefighters were served lunch Thursday in honor of National Salvation Army Week. The Salvation Army's emergency disaster vehicle traveled to three different Green Bay stations in an effort to highlight local programs and services. "It's really nice," Captain Mike Saduske of the Green Bay Metro Fire Department said. "We work with the Salvation Army so it's nice being recognized by them, that they offer this meal to us. The guys appreciate it." This is the first time in five years the Salvation Army has provided lunch for the fire department. The Salvation Army also brought artwork made by kids at the Kroc Center for the firefighters.
