The Stoughton Fire Department has selected a new cheif, according to The Stoughton Courier Hub. Squad leader Josh Ripp will replace former chief Scott Wegner, who retired on Jan. 2. Since Wegner’s retirement, Mark Miller served as interim chief. Ripp has been a volunteer with the department for five years and worked as fire chief for seven years with the Maple Bluff Fire Department.
