A fire destroyed a condominium unit just north of Sister Bay Saturday in the Town of Liberty Grove. All northern Door County fire departments responded to the fire that erupted at a Liberty Park Waterfront Condominiums just north of JJ’s La Puerta restaurant, across from Liberty Park West Circle in Sister Bay Saturday evening.
Sister Bay/Liberty Grove Fire Chief Chris Hecht said nobody was hurt in the fire that was primarily contained to the south side of the two-unit structure. A cause was not immediately known.
