A fire at a McFarland restoration company Wednesday night has been extinguished, and firefighters have left the scene.
The fire started just after 10 p.m. at a large building in the 4700 block of McFarland Court. The address is listed as Madison Property Restoration.
Smoke was seen coming from a vehicle and storage portion of the building while crews worked to put it out.
The McFarland Fire Department said the vehicle storage structure, the things inside of it and the roof were significantly damaged. The office area received smoke damage. In total, officials think the fire caused more than $500,000 worth of damage.
