Motorists traveling north on Grand Central Avenue at 47th Street experienced traffic delays around 5 p.m. Wednesday after a white Nissan hit a parked red Jeep. No one was transported from the scene by ambulance after the incident, said Vienna Fire Chief Steve Scholl. The cause of the accident is under investigation; names of those involved were not released on Wednesday. Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, Vienna Police Department and Saint Joseph’s Ambulance Service all responded to the scene. A three-vehicle accident occurred on Staunton Turnpike at Meadville Road around 5:40 p.m. Wednesday. No one was transported from the scene by ambulance, said a supervisor with the Wood County 911 Center.
