A tractor-trailer that caught fire on the West Virginia Turnpike that snarled traffic was carrying hurricane donations from a local church. Officials at the scene said the tractor-trailer was carrying donations for Hurricane Florence relief that were collected from a Jehovah's Witness church in Dunbar.
