PHOTO: Fire destroyed an abandoned home early Friday. Firefighters say there was no hydrant within reach of the home in the 500 block of Center Rd. The fire started a little after 2:30 Friday morning. Multiple fire departments and several tankers were called to the scene. No one was hurt but the home, which was boarded up and abandoned, was destroyed. The cause of the fire is unknown.
