Firefighters in Huntington battled a house fire in the 500 block of 21st Street early Wednesday morning. Huntington police said that there were 5 or 6 people inside when the fire broke out around 3:30 a.m., but no one was injured. Police said a firefighter had to kick in the door to get to one of the people in the home. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
