One person was found dead after a fire.
It happened just after 2:30 a.m. Monday on Amethyst Drive.
Officials with the Man Fire Department say the blaze spread to two neighboring homes.
"My door bell was just ringing and ringing and I thought my door bell was stuck for some reason. But my husband unlocked it and the man said 'you need to get out because, your neighbors house is on fire,'" said next door homeowner, Sandy Collins.
One of those homes is a complete loss. The other suffered some damage to one side. The people in the neighboring homes did make it out safely.
"I opened the door to see and aw man, it was hot, the heat and the flames because the flames were high and I thought oh my God," said Collins.
Investigators say the person killed lived alone.
