The Pricetown Volunteer Fire Department will be able to restock it's community food pantry through a grant they received Tuesday. Each year Dominion Energy awards local organizations with Critical Community Needs Grants. This year, the $5,000 grant will help the Pricetown department buy food for community food giveaways. The department says its provides over 100 families each month with food through its food pantry and the department will use the funds to keep it going. "We range any where from 76 to 120 families each and every month that comes in, and it's just not only Lewis counties residents. We also have families from surrounding counties that do come in that need the assistance," said Charles Collins, the captain with Pricetown VFD.
