A Putnam County man is charged after he was accused of intentionally burglarizing and setting fire to a home, state fire marshals said.
Denver Jordan, 26, of Hometown is charged with first-degree arson and nighttime burglary in connection with an early morning Feb. 5 fire at a Fifth Avenue home in Hometown, according to news release Thursday from the West Virginia State Fire Marshal’s Office.
The home was not occupied at the time of the fire.
