PHOTO: Five dogs died in a house fire Tuesday evening in Charleston. The fire broke out at a home along Vincent Street just before 7 p.m. Tuesday. Neighbors called 911 when they saw smoke coming from the home. The person who lives in the home was not home at the time of the incident. Crews are trying to figure out how the fire started.
