Deputies have released the name of a teen killed in a crash on I-64 in Putnam County. Investigators say Keagan John Beasley, 19, of Hurricane died in the crash late Sunday night. it happened in the westbound lanes of I-64 between Hurricane and Teays Valley. Deputies say they believe Beasley was traveling at a high rate of speed leading up to the crash. They say he ran off the road, struck an embankment and rolled over multiple times.
