An elderly woman died in a house fire Thursday night in the City of Huntington, according to a family member. Officials say Theresa Sue Wilson, 75, was pronounced dead at the scene. Chief Jan Rader tells WSAZ that firefighters and members of the police department are working to determine the cause. It broke out around 7:30 Thursday night in the 1600 block of Charleston Avenue. Smoke was billowing out of the windows of the home as crews worked to battle the flames. No other injuries were reported. "She was a real good-hearted woman," neighbor Stanley Rose said. "She'd do anything for you. If you needed to borrow any tool or old ladder, she'd get it for you. I used to go over there and drink coffee every morning. You just couldn't ask for a better person."
