At our most recent Washington Fire Chiefs (WFC) Board retreat on November 16th and 17th, we reviewed and clarified our strategic plan and the goals that support the plan. We invited our Division leaders and the President of the Washington Fire Marshal's Association to provide that key view from those who are actually doing the important work of the WFC. Even though the winds at the ocean tried to dampen our resolve through power outages and the like, we accomplished our agenda early. Please see our web site for our strategic plan:
