Investigation Underway After Vacant Building Fire in Sparks

VIDEOS/PHOTOS: An investigation is underway after an early morning fire at a vacant building in Sparks. The fire was reported just before 6:15 a.m. on Thursday on Wedekind Road off of El Rancho Drive. Fire crew say no injuries were reported. Four engines responded, along with 18 personnel.

Car Crashes into South Reno Home

VIDEO: A car crashed into a home in south Reno on Wednesday. It happened around 5:30 p.m. on Iron Mountain Drive near Double Diamond Boulevard according to a spokesperson from the Reno Fire Department. They say an elderly woman backed into a tree before driving into the home. Nobody was injured in the crash and the home's residents can continue living there.
