Many fire chiefs are not self-processed salespeople. Starting her sales career at age 10, Jan delves into the three key areas holding people back from one of the most important aspects of their department growth - prospecting and sales. She will educate, give examples and give participants the opportunity to practice what they have learned in the areas of Mindset, Method and Measurement.
