Fire Captain – Paramedic. $54,066 - $66,377 DOQ plus overtime and on-call pay, with a generous benefits package. This is a 40-hour, four day per work week dual role position. The primary scope of work involves responding to emergency calls, as well as planning and coordinating a comprehensive EMS program for the District. Nehalem Bay Fire & Rescue District is located on the scenic northern Oregon coast, and provides service to the cities of Manzanita, Nehalem, and Wheeler, plus surrounding rural areas. NBFRD is a combination department, with five full-time staff and approximately 30 volunteers responding out of two stations.
