The Riverside Fire Authority is searching for an energetic, goal-oriented partner to assist in guiding the organization through multiple phases of leadership succession. The Authority’s service area and neighboring service areas are rapidly expanding and require the organization to establish a vision for service provision that will capitalize on untapped resources to appropriately address existing and expanding future demand. The Chief of Operations and Training will play an integral role within the Administrative team to manage daily operations and facilitate the professional development needs of personnel. An annual salary of $119-133k is offered in addition to a generous benefit package, with relocation assistance available.
