VIDEO/PHOTOS: A special screening was held Monday night to celebrate Tulsa firefighters who are starring in Killers of the Flower Moon. The Tulsa fire union organized the showing, which is helping to raise money for the Osage Nation foundation.
It took place at Circle Cinema and the screening was packed out with around 100 people.
The names of big movie stars are usually on the marquee in front of Circle Cinema, but three Tulsa firefighters took center stage on Monday night.
FOX23 spoke with Craig Deerinwater, Jayme Brooks, and James Foxworth, who swapped their bunker gear for 1920’s gear and starred as extras in Killers of the Flower Moon. "My husband's like, 'Oh hey, your name's up front,'" Brooks said.
"I just had a small part, but we're privileged to be here," Deerinwater said.
