A vehicle fire was slowing traffic Friday morning on Moffett Road in Mobile County, near Big Creek Lake. At 8:20 a.m., an official with the Wilmer Volunteer Fire Department said the fire was extinguished but firefighters were still on the scene assisting with traffic. Mobile County Sheriff's Office deputies also responded. There were no injuries. The vehicle appeared to be an SUV pulling a utility trailer. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, the Wilmer fire official said. A FOX10 News viewer submitted cell phone video showing the burning fire as he drove past it earlier in the morning.
