Ohatchee neighbors have concerns over a half-way house in the area. People living in the area filed complaints with the State Fire Marshal's Office. Those complaints are now seeing action. The Fire Marshal's Office saying it will check on the halfway house. Former staff of the drug rehabilitation program tell ABC 33/40 when investigators arrived at the building on Monday, they were already in the process of moving things out. Locals say that's a relief because their biggest issue is how close the building is located to Ohatchee Elementary School. "If they gone do something like that they need to go around and ask the people before they just come out here and go doing something like that," Morris Taylor, an Ohatchee resident said. Neghbors like Taylor say they are concerned about the facility being less than a mile away from the school.
