Crews put out a house fire on Charleston Avenue in north Huntsville Monday night. Officials with Huntsville Fire & Rescue say they received a call about the fire around 9:30 p.m. While heavy smoke was all that was visible on the outside, crew members say some items inside of the home were on fire. Thankfully, WAFF is told everyone made it out of the home safely. The cause of fire is still unknown at this time as officials continue to investigate.
