PHOTO: A man in his 70s was found dead after an early-morning mobile-home fire Thursday near Main Street and Hawes Road, authorities said. The mobile home was located in an unincorporated area near east Mesa, near 82nd Street and Third Avenue. Flames were shooting out the windows of the residence when fire crews arrived about 6:15 a.m., said Chuck Fitzgerald, a Rural Metro Fire Department battalion chief. The man was found dead inside the home, according to Kevin Hennis, another Rural Metro Fire Department battalion chief.
