VIDEO: A Peoria mom calls her baby's delivery a scary whirlwind. The Aug. 26 birth happened in the back of an ambulance. Baby Navy made her grand entrance into the world five weeks early. "It's wild," said Briana Reid, Navy's mom. "It's crazy. It was definitely a very chaotic birth story." Reid said she was driving to the hospital with her husband when her water broke. Her husband called 911, and an ambulance picked Reid up near Deer Valley Road and 75th Avenue. "I've been doing this for about 11 years now, and I've never had a live childbirth in the field," said Brandon Casson, a firefighter paramedic with the Peoria Fire and Medical Department.
