Fire crews have rescued an injured hiker on Camino de Oeste Trail and placed them in the care of paramedics. At 5:13 p.m., Northwest Fire District tweeted an update on the rescue: "The injured hiker has been located and is in the care of Paramedics. Personnel from @NorthwestFire, @PimaSheriff, and Southern Arizona Rescue Association are bringing the patient back down the trail to a staging location." According to Northwest Fire District, SARA technical rescue teams are on scene along with multiple agencies assisting to locate the hiker.
