Tucson Fire Department responds to fire involving guest house near Grant and Euclid

Tucson Fire Department responded to a fire that involved a guest house near Grant Road and Euclid Avenue Friday. TFD say a call made to 911 reported that it initially was an electrical fire. Upon arrival firefighters reported heavy flames coming from the area of 2300 block of N. Euclid Avenue. Crews began to extinguish the flames from the front door and exterior. Firefighters were able to enter the house and ensure no one was inside. TFD says crews were able to contain the fire before it spread to the main house. TFD says the material inside the home was heavily damaged. The fire was contained within five minutes after arrival.
